==>ATTENTION :
The Exchange Price is only valid if the following conditions are met :
- The Defective Unit should be sent back to us, at your own expense, in 10 days following the delivery of the functionnal unit in your warehouse.
- The Defective Unit returned as Exchange, should be repairable in our Lab., it must be the original OEM material compliant, and must not have been manipulated by a third party.
- The Defective Unit should be sent back to us within the SAME PACKING CONDITIONS and in the same original boxes of the manufacturer if any, that when sending our functional equipment.
If the above conditions are not met, we will charge the "supply price" ==> 3,800 excluding VAT.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If the failure relates to the motherboard of the teach-pendant, it is possible that the equipment will not be repairable (On average, 50% of degraded motherboards will not be repairable). If this is the case, we will charge the "supply price". ==> 3,800 excluding VAT.
